my colour poem

Bronze is the colour of rusted brass,
Green is the colour of the grass,
Blue is the colour of an enormous sea,
Red is my blood when a knife cuts me,
Pink is the colour of my mouth when I'm yawning,
Orange is the sunrise in the morning,
Yellow is the colour of the sun when its bright,
White is the colour of the moon in the night,
Black is the colour of my bruised thumb,
Purple is the colour of a very ripe plum,
Lavender is the colour of a flower blooming,
Brown is the colour of the horse I am grooming,
Gold is the colour of my mantelpiece,
Silver is the colour of my favourite,
Grey is the colour of a elephant at the zoo,
Beige is the colour of well poo.

volleyball

For winter sports Mrs Roskam has been teaching us volley ball. We do activities and play games I did two good spikes it was fun.
We learnt how to do spikes, digs, sets and serves.

Assembly.

2 weeks ago room 12 had a assembly. In our assembly we shared art
poems, chants, skits and dances. I was a host. My favourite part was the dance. The skits were about all the activities we did on our activity day.

ANZAC

Karakariki camp 2015

Last term the senior syndicate went to camp Karakariki. At camp we did all sorts of fun challenges and activities. When we arrived at camp we set up our dorms and went for a long walk down the road to a bush walk. At the end the walk was the campsite there we had lunch. Then we went for a long bush walk we ran all the way back then we went for a swim in the waterhole i was the first one in and under. then room 13 left and we did lots of fun games and cooked smores on the camp fire it was so fun.

Last term we had wheels day lots of people brought their bikes and scooters but not me, I brought my unicycle.
